Class bookings are essential and are to be made through the Momence app or website.

HEALTH & SAFTEY

By attending class you consent to voluntarily participate in recreational health and fitness activities provided by Studio Sculpt Perth at your own risk. You are not obligated to perform any of these activities, nor are you obligated to participate in any activity that you do not wish to do. You are expected to perform these activities at your own pace, and choose options that are appropriate for your fitness level and abilities.

You are required to inform Studio Sculpt Perth staff/instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries or factors that may put you at higher risk prior to participating in any activity.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

Studio Sculpt Perth has a 6 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations within 6 hours of the class start time will be classed as a late cancel and your class credit will be deducted from your membership/pack. If you are on an unlimited membership you will be charged a late cancel fee.

If you do not attend a class you have booked, this will be classed as a no show and your class credit will be deducted from your membership/pack. If you are on an unlimited membership you will be charged a no show fee.

PRE & POSTNATAL CLIENTS

All prenatal or postnatal clients, must consult with my physician and receive clearance to perform physical exercise prior to attending classes at Studio Sculpt Perth.

WEEKLY MEMBERSHIPS

If you sign up to a membership your chosen payment method will be charged each week unless you cancel or pause your membership.

There is no minimum term - cancel anytime.

Membership cancellations and pauses must be emailed to Studio Sculpt Perth with at least 5 business days notice.

HYGIENE

Socks are mandatory in the studio and all participants must wear socks during class.

Approproate exercise attire is required for our classes.

Participants are required to wipe down all equipment and mats used with a anticbaterial wipe after class. Wipes will be provided by Studio Sculpt Perth.

Terms & Conditions must be read, understood, and accepted prior to participating at Studio Sculpt Perth. If you are under 18, you will need to have a parent or guardian who is over 18 sign on your behalf and provide contact details. 

Studio Sculpt Perth reserves the right to change conditions of membership, hours of operation, services offered and all fees and charges, at any time, at its sole discretion with reasonable notice. Any such changes will be notified to you through either a newsletter, email, the website or mail to your last known registered address.

Studio Sculpt Perth reserves the right to refuse entry to, or eject you from the studio for any reason.
