  • Where is the studio located?

    We are located in the Shelley Hub - 15/15 Tribute Street West Shelley 6148. Find us between Arlie Monique Aesthetics and Wizard Pharmacy.

  • Is there parking nearby?

    There is plenty of parking available in the Shelley Hub carpark. Overflow parking is available around the back of the hub.

  • What class should I start with?

    The best place to start is our Signature Sculpt Mat Pilates class. If you are a beginner, welcome! Just let your instructor know when you arrive at class, and they’ll be sure to look after you. Pilates is for everyone, so we aim to ensure everyone feels welcome.

  • How do I book?

    All bookings are made through Momence. Click on the booking link and create an account. We recommend downloading the Momence app to manage bookings and to secure your spot on the mat. All classes must be booked in and paid for in advance.

  • What do I need to bring to class?

    BYO water bottle and socks (bonus points for grip socks). Socks are mandatory for hygiene reasons. We have some available to purchase at the studio should you forget!

    We provide all that is needed to complete your class, including a mat. Antibacterial wipes are handed out at the end of each class for you to wipe down props and mats.

  • What if I need to cancel a class I have booked?

    All cancellations and rescheduling needs to be done via our booking system; Momence.

    Cancellations or rescheduling of classes need to be done 6 hours prior to class start time. This way your pass will be automatically added back to your package or usage limit.

    If you late cancel a class or do not show up to class you will lose your session and be charged an additional $15 fee.

  • Can I bring my child to class?

    Yes! We have a range of classes that you can bring your baby or young children along to. Check our schedule for *Little ones welcome classes to see available days/times.

    Please BYO toys, snacks or iPad to keep the little ones happy.

    Periodically we runs special mums & bubs class blocks. Please email us if you are interested in these.

  • Can I come to class if I am pregnant?

    Congratulations! All of our classes are pregnancy friendly. Please let your instructor know before the class commences that you are pregnant so that they can give you appropriate exercise variations.

    Our 1:1 training sesisons are also a great option while your pregnant as we can create a program for the specific needs of your body.

  • My class is full, what can I do?

    Due to our intimate class sizes this can happen, so please pop yourself on the waitlist. Keep an eye out, if someone who is in the class cancels and you are next on the waitlist you will be notified.
